The conversations, the expectations, the plans, the pressure. Everything seems to ask for just a little more of us. A little more time. A little more energy. A little more hurry.

But I want to remind you, God rarely speaks in the rush.
He meets us in the stillness.
In the quiet corners of our days where our hearts finally slow down enough to notice Him.

So today I’m praying:
God, let my heart be still long enough to hear Your whisper over the noise of the season.

Because His whisper brings the peace the world can’t offer,
the clarity our minds crave,
and the comfort our souls have been reaching for all along. 🤍✨

December has a way of passing by before I even realize it.
If you're like me, the lists grow longer, the days get fuller, and the pressure to keep up with all the “merry and bright” can leave our souls feeling anything but rested.

Yet deep down, we know what we truly need is not another perfectly planned day or another beautifully checked-off list…
What we need is Jesus.
His calm.
His presence.
His rest.

So today, I’m whispering this simple prayer:
Jesus, in the middle of this holiday rush, may I find my rest in You, not in the lists or the lights.

Because real peace isn’t found in finishing everything—
it’s found in surrendering everything.
And letting Him hold what we were never meant to carry alone. 🤍✨

If you’re stepping into December already feeling pulled in a thousand directions, let this be your gentle reminder: Jesus is the steady place.
The quiet place.
The peaceful place.
The only place where our hearts can truly rest.

So, Jesus… help us to walk through December with wonder, peace, and a heart anchored in You.
Help us choose Your presence over pressure, Your joy over hustle, and Your voice over the noise.
